McGrath and Galvin scoop Munster awards

Tipperary's Shane McGrath and John Galvin of Limerick were named as the Munster Hurler and Footballer of the Year award winners respectively at the weekend.
McGrath was honoured by the Munster Council for his masterful performances in Tipperary's capture of the Munster and National League titles, while Galvin received the football award ahead of some of the more high-profile Cork and Kerry players.
Limerick's Seamus Hickey scooped the under 21 award, while the football equivalent went to Kerry's Mike O'Donoghue.
Tipp legend Jimmy Doyle was the Hall of Fame hurling winner, while De La Salle was named Club of the Year following their historic Waterford and Munster hurling titles successes.
A special presentation was also made to retired GAA director general Liam Mulvihill.
