A dissapointing defeat in the winner takes all contest on Friday and now our senior footballers will play City rivals Na Piarsiagh in a battle to avoid the dreaded drop from senior. The match will be played on Saturday September 29 at 3pm in Claughaun.
Intermediate Hurling Championship:
St Patrick's will play Hospital/Herbertstown on Saturday in Caherconlish with a 5pm throw in,knowing a win will secure a County Quarter Final. We ask that you show big support next Saturday for this vital game.

A great win for the minor hurling team on Saturday in Caherconlish sets up a final with Coshlea Gaels . Many of this team now have the U16 Division 1 county Semi final against Ballybrown and the City/South Minor B final to look forward to next weekend.

With over half the panel playing 24 hours earlier in the hurling and when reduced to fourteen men as soon as the fifth minute when a player was dismissed for a second bookable offence it was a superb effort from the panel to win with a late Travis Quaid Penalty.
