Annual 1 Day Adventure World Summer Camp at UL is taking place on Friday 20th July for young people from Killeedy. 

Busy week for Killeedy GAA Health & Wellbeing Committee.

Wednesday night Jigsaw Limerick Workshop "One Good Coach ". Great artendance by parents and coaches.

Killeedy GAA & Camogie Clubs had annual 3 day summer camp. The Healthy Club Project had free fruit and veg for all participants and volunteers .

Killeedy GAA & Camogie Healthy Club Project  organised Limerick Sports Partnership to do a Nutrition talk to 8/9/10 year olds and Physical activity fun and games with the younger children.

The Healthy Club Project also organised a Jigsaw talk to 12/13/14 year olds in relation to Transition from Primary to Secondary school.

The Healthy Club Project organised 6 x €15 Vouchers sponsored by local sports shop to the healthiest lunchboxes on Day 1 & 2 based on the Food Pyramid.

Gorm agus Bán 7

Thanks to everyone for their support and participation over the three day Gorm agus Bán 7 camp in Raheenagh. Special thanks goes to all the organising committee, the kitchen and hall volunteers, the coaches, leaders, and special guests.

Back by popular demand this year again. Adrian Lynch seen on the right, setup an obstacle course for the junior and intermediate camps.

Our Senior camp members were delighted to meet and chat with Seamus Flanagan in the lead up to his game last Sunday against Kilkenny.

All hands on deck for the tug of war.. This was fun for all ages, including the adults.

 

We even had time for an Egg and Spoon race..

 

U8 and U10s:

Under 8 and 10 training Thursday evening 7pm in Raheenagh

 

U12s:

Reminder that we're entered in a Munster blitz this Saturday in Gaelic Grounds. We need to be there at 11.30am

 

U13s:

Fixture: U13's match this Thurs 19th against Kilpeacon (Crecora/Minister & Ballybricken/Bohermore)

It is our only long distance one over in Ballybricken, Caherelly East. Please meet there at 6.45pm.
