At 18 years of age, Pearse Dolan has already crammed a lot into his adult football career.
Last Sunday, saw the teenager pick up his second senior football championship medal, while he was also named man of the match in the win over Glencar/Manorhamilton.
Dolan is driven to succeed and he stressed to the Leitrim Observer that he hopes this is only the start of things to come as he played down calls for him to be drafted into the Leitrim senior football squad.
"To be honest I wouldn't be listening too much to any of that stuff. I just keep the head won and keep working and whatever comes my way, I'll just take it whether or not I want it or not," said Dolan.
"That is the way I've always done it and that is the way I will always do it."
He added: "It is nice to have two senior championships already at the age of 18, hopefully we can get a few more and just keep driving on. We are in a good place at the moment so hopefully, we can stack on a few more."
