Kiltubrid Ladies Notes

July 21, 2015

Senior Ladies
Well done to our Senior Ladies who opened their Championship campaign with a 4.12 to 12 points win over Aughawillan on Sunday last.  It was a fine team performance and the ladies will be hoping to continue their winning ways when they take on Mohill this coming Sunday in Leitrim Village at 12pm.  It was great to see such support last weekend and were hoping for more of the same next weekend!

Minor Ladies
Hard luck to our Minor ladies who were defeated by a strong Drumkeerin / Allen Gaels outfit last week. Keep an eye on the Facebook page for future fixtures.

Under 14 Ladies
Congratulations to our Under 14 Ladies who last weekend were crowned Under 14 county champions.  Unfortunately the much anticipated replay against Sean O Heslin's did not go ahead, as much to the clubs disappointment last week we received word that Sean O'Heslin's had conceded the game. This is a real shame as both teams had served up such a fantastic display of football the first time round!   However a huge well done to all the players throughout the year for all your dedication, commitment and hard work it was fantastic to see such improvement and development over the course of the year and you should all be very proud of your achievements.  Also a special well done and thanks to their coaches Lisa and Aoife Mc Weeney who did a fantastic job all year!

Under 12's
Our Under 12 girls take on Glencar Manorhamilton this week, they were unlucky against a strong Dromahair team last week but its great to see the girls working so hard and we wish them the best of luck this week!

Under 6, 8, 10's
Training continues as normal Saturday morning at 10 am at the pitch!

Senior Men
Best of Luck to the Senior Men who take on Allen Gaels in Round 2 of the Senior Championship this Saturday evening in Ballinamore, throw in at 7.30pm.

Carwash
Our annual carwash will take place on the August bank holiday weekend Saturday August 1st.  Keep the date in mind and we will have your car, van, jeep, tractor shining for the Bank Holiday Weekend!!
