Junior B Championship

Mohill had a hard earned win over Dromahaire in the Junior Championship on Sat evening last. The incessant rain all day left the pitch waterlogged so the superior fitness of the winners told in the end. The team and scorers was, J Farry, K Kilrane, N McGovern,D Mitchell, A Tuthill 0-1, D Gordon, S Flynn, S Conaty, K Keegan, F OConnell, S Canning, R Murphy, R Gordon 1-7, G Kelly 1-0, C Beirne 0-1. Subs used K Flynn, S Kennedy and P McLoughlin.

Junior C Championship

These lads got off to a bad start and had to play second fiddle to Aughnasheelin in Carrigallen on Sunday morning. The score at the final whistle was 1-14 to 1-7.

Under 14

These boys were up against a fine Leitrim Gaels team on Friday evening and found the going tough. Nevertheless they battled to the end and never dropped the heads. There will be other days.

New Arrivals

Congratulations to Talita and Kevin Gordon on the birth of their baby girl Leah and also to Charlene Mulligan and David Donnelly on the birth of their little girl Chloe.

Players Fundraising

Well done to our players who for the last few weeks have been fundraising. They have run a Table Quiz, a Poker night and on Saturday they washed every car in Mohill. We take this opportunity to thank Anthony McCaffrey Car Wash and Valet Service for making his premises available all day.
