The minors play in the Connacht Championship in Carrick earlier the same day, so we wish Ronan Gordon and Keith Beirne success there.

Darren Keegan

We wish a speedy recovery to Darren Keegan who broke his ankle last week. Darren will be a great loss to the County Minors and St Manchans Minor team.

Fundraising.

It takes thousands of Euros each year to run a big club like Mohill and over the next few months we intend to hold a few fundraising events to keep the wheels running. We are again having our Annual Draw with tickets at €20 each. It will be starting very soon. It was a success last year and got amazing support from all the Clubs in Leitrim.

Table Quiz

The Managament and players are also preparing to fundraise  and their first venture is a Table Quiz in Fitzpatrick's on July 3 at 9.30 pm. Tables of 4 at €10 a head.  We thank Anthony McCaffrey in advance for making his car washing facility available for a day yet to be arranged.

Engagement

We congratulate John Farrell on his engagement to Sarah McWeeney last week. May they have years of happiness together

Gerry Bohan's Memory Lane
