HELL AND BACK

Big Thank You to all those who supported the Kiltubrid Lads who went to Hell and Back this weekend. A tough day was finished off with a BBQ in Gerties Bar, Kesh kindly Sponsored by Micheal Scollan Butchers, Ballinamore (Thanks Mickey!). Thanks also to Gerties for their hospitality on the evening/night and to those who prepared/manned the BBQ.  The winners of the Draw were:  1st Prize (2 x Ed Sheerin Tickets) Riona Ni Thiarnan, Drumcong 2nd Prize (2 x Ireland v England Tickets) Declan Brosnan, Tuam.  Thanks again to all who supported the lads.

FIXTURES AND RESULTS

In the Div 3 league Kiltubrid saw off the challenge of Aghavas to record a one point victory. Final score Kiltubrid 1-13 Aghavas 1-12. The next round of the Div 3 league is against Mohill at home on Sunday next at 12 noon. The U16's played Annaduff during the week and emerged victorious. Next up is Aghavas away on Friday at 7pm. The Div 2 team take on Drumreilly at home at 7pm on Saturday evening next.

KILTUBRID STARS IN PAIRC SEAN

Hard luck to the Leitrim team who were defeated by a stronger Galway in Pairc Sean on Sunday last. Kiltubrid had their own stars performing on the day.  Dylan Easterbrook played on the Leitrim boys team at half time. The boys game was refereed by Barry Mc Weeney while the girls game was refereed by Lauren Meehan. Well done to all three.

ATHLETICS NEWS

Huge congratulations to all the athletes from the club who took part in last Wednesdays team event in Manorhamilton. Several medals were collected on the day with the winners now going forward to the Connacht Event in June. This Wednesday the track and field individual county athletics event takes place in Manorhamilton. Good luck to all participants.
