Cardiac Screening

Following on from the very successful 3rd Annual ArdnaSpéire Run which was held last month, Kiltubrid Ladies and Mens GAA clubs are delighted to be able to play a role in the fight against sudden adult death syndrome by offering cardiac screening to our members to screen for potential heart abnormalities.  The Cardiac screening service is available for all members between the ages of 14 and 40 for a contribution of just €10. Cardiac screening will take place in the Club rooms on Saturday April 18th 2015, and will be provided by Healthy Hearts, check out their website for more info. http://www.healthyheartshealthylives.com/ For more information or to book a time contact Áine on 0877963367 (Ladies) or Barry on 0879882160 (Men)

Senior Club League
Well done to our Senior Ladies who overcame Mohill in Round 2 of the League on Sunday March 22nd on a scoreline of 5-09 to 2-15. The girls are out again this coming weekend where they travel to Ballinamore to take on Oughterargh Gaels. The game is fixed for Sunday morning at 12pm, best of luck to all involved and if you can make it out to support the girls, it would be much appreciated!

County Teams
The County Under 14 Ladies began their championship campaign last week with a hard earned 1 point victory over near neighbours Sligo on a scoreline of Sligo 3-11 Leitrim 5-6.  Kiltubrid Ladies were well represented with our very own Isabella McKeown and Laura Redican playing their part for the green and gold.  Well done to all involved and best of luck in the remaining games.
Well done also to our Senior Ladies who returned to winning ways with a 2 point victory over Wexford last weekend.  This win see's the ladies qualify for the semi finals of the National Football league which will take place in mid April.
