Date for Your Diary
A date for your diaries! Kiltubrid Ladies will be holding a night of entertainment including a Gala Fashion Show on Friday evening November 14th in the Luxurious Kilronan Castle. More details will follow in the coming weeks with some exciting announcements so chalk down the date we can guarantee a night full of entertainment!
Hard Luck
Commiserations to both our Senior Ladies and Under 12's who both bowed out of their respective Championships at the semi final stage.
Our Under 12's narrowly lost out to Drumkeerin in an exciting encounter with plenty of excellent football on show. Well done and a huge thank you to their mentors Marion Mc Keon and Miranda Foley who had the girls well prepared for the encounter and who worked tirelessly with the team all year. Our Senior Ladies would also like to offer a huge thank you to the entire management team who again put in huge effort, dedication and commitment throughout the year. Your effort are greatly appreciated by the girls, and thanks again.
Under 6's, 8's, 10's
This coming Saturday September 20th will see the final blitz of the year for out Under 8's and 10's, with the girls travelling to Mohill. All under 8's and 10's are encouraged to come along, and as a result there will be no training for Under 6's this weekend. Training will resume as normal the following Saturday.
Lotto
The August Lotto draw took place recently in The Sheemore Inn Kilclare with the €1200 Jackpot up for grabs. Unfortunately there was no jackpot winner, but we did have 5 winners of €20; Joseph McWeeney Kilnagross, Edmund & Kathleen Doyle, Drumcong, Christy Bohan, Funshinagh, Anna Fleming, Proughlish and Damian Moran, Drumshanbo. Again a huge thanks for your continued support and generosity!
