Under 13

And so underage begins for another year with the U13 Longford/Leitrim league starting this week-end. Mohill play Mostrim Wolfe Tones in Pairc Philib on Saturday at 12pm. Great to have coaches ready to spend hours training these young boys so they deserve your support. As the Park in Mohill is closed for maintenance there may be a change of venue so check fixtures.

County Game

Leitrim suffered their second defeat of the League on Sunday last when they went down to a lively Longford side. A few difficult counties still to play so we’ll have to get our house in order to survive in Div 3. Shane, Keith and Domhnaill did their utmost and we may soon see James Mitchell and Keith Keegan introduced to the lineout.

Scór Sinnsear

Senior Scór takes place in March and Mohill Scór Co-ordinator Róisín Kennedy would like volunteers to take part in Solo singing, Recitation, Céili dancing, Novelty, Question Time. Róisín is willing to give lessons to young men or ladies who danced at underage and would be interested in taking part again and keeping fit at the same time. If interested contact Róisín @ 0872147350

Ireland Lights up

The national walk under lights continues on Mondays 7.30 -8.30pm and Wednesdays 7-8pm. Great to see numbers over 100 out every night. The Park is closed for maintenance so walkers are asked to keep off the playing surface. People will be encouraged to continue to walk around the Park for a small annual fee to cover insurance.
