Westlink Coaches u15 Championship - well done to the Fenagh St Caillin's u15's who completed their campaign with a victory over Drumkeerin on Saturday last in Pairc Sean O'Laodain. Final score Fenagh St Caillin's 2.12, Drumkeerin 2.09.

 

Church Gate Collection - thank you to everyone who kindly donated to our recent church gate collections at Foxfield and Gorvagh masses and to the club volunteers who assisted.

 

Fenagh St Caillin's Lotto - this weekend see's the kick off of our annual lotto with the first draw taking place on Sunday night in Quinn's Bar. Reminder - Seamus O'Rourke's new play An Ogeous Brose takes place on Friday night next October 25th at 8.30pm in Fenagh Community Centre.  Tickets on sale at €15 each or can be pre-booked by calling 9645590 - a great nights entertainment is guaranteed.

 

Book Launch - Saturday night 26 October will be a unique and special night in Fenagh Community Centre as Fr Tommy Greenan launches ” Deeply Rooted”, a new book of sixteen riveting, exciting stories written by Andrew Redican, formerly of Drumroosk North and now residing in Drumkeerin. Deeply Rooted will be of special interest to Fenagh readers. A number of the stories are set in the parish . He says he has fond memories of growing up in Fenagh . The wonderful generosity and neighbourly spirit in the community he brings to a number of the stories . However, other stories will carry the reader to other locations in Ireland and across to London , where his experience of working on the buildings, brought him, at first hand, to meet Irish men who were not so fortunate in life. Deeply Rooted is a book everyone will enjoy.  With 226 pages of absorbing reading and only 10 euro it will find its way into every household and across seas .Everyone is welcome to the Launch, which commences at 8.00pm. Refreshments served .
