Weekend Fixtures

Only one club game this weekend as a result of county action, the Juniors are away to Annaduff at 12 on Sunday.

Under 12

Our Under 12 team had two outings in the Longford/Leitrim League in the last week. Firstly they took on St Vincent's of Drumlish at home in an intriguing local derby. This  was an extremely had fought game with very little between the teams throughout. There was some great skill and passing movements on display by both teams. The game ended with a draw, which was probably the fairest result, final score 2-10 a piece. Next up was another neighbour, St Francis' of Dromard, away. This was a tough game in which our boys faced a more physically stronger and well balanced team. Regardless our boys fought victoriously till the end and unfortunately came second best on a final score of 2-13 to 1-04. The next outing for these boys is a home game against Wolf Tone's of Edgeworthstown.
