Minor role for Walsh
December 07, 2016Laois GAA have appointed Christy Walsh as their new minor hurling manager.
A Kerry native living in Kilkenny, Walsh has started minor trials with Laois and will continue them over the coming weeks.
Walsh lives in Bennettsbridge and guided them to successive All-Ireland club titles over the last two years in both junior and intermediate.
Laois will play Offaly in the opening round of the Leinster minor hurling championship next April.
Walsh will put together his squad over the coming weeks.
