SHC starts this weekend

The race for the Bob O'Keeffe Cup starts this weekend.

Rathdowney-Errill will bid to become the first team since 2003 to successfully defend the title, but they will face stiff opposition from their two main rivals Clough-Ballacolla and Camross.

Clough Ballacolla have been the form team in the league and they will hit the ground running when they face Camross at O'Moore Park on Saturday evening in the tie of the round.

This will be the second part of a double header which sees The Harps and Borris in Ossory Kilcotton meet in the opening game, Throw in at 5.45pm and 7.30pm respectively.

O'Moore Park will also host a double header on Sunday as Ballinakill take on Castletown and defending champions Rathdowney-Errill face St Lazerians Abbeyleix.
