Laois manager Tomas O'Flatharta is not looking beyond this weekend's clash against Kildare.

The O'Moore County are still in with a shout of promotion if they win their last two games, while defeat in the last two, would see them battle to avoid relegation.

However, O'Flatharta just wants a performance against Kildare and he stressed to the Leinster Express that they are not looking beyond that.

"We just have to focus on that one now and that one only for next Saturday evening," said O'Flatharta.

"Obviously Kildare will be looking for points. We'll still be looking for points as well so we just have to prepare well for that and that's the only focus for the rest of the week."
