COUNTY BOARD DRAW
Unfortunately no local winner in the opening Laois GAA All County Clubs Members Draw.
The club would like to take this opportunity to extend our deepest gratitude all of our ticket buyers. Your support is hugely appreciated and you never fail to amaze us with your generosity.
We wish everybody the very best of luck in the remaining three draws.

MEMBERSHIP
Courtwood GAA club membership for the year 2015 is now open. The rates are; Adult (player): €30, Adult (non-player): €20, Family: €35, Student/Under 18: €5, OAP: €10. Please contact treasurer Damien Behan on 085 7881916 to renew your membership or join the club.

INTERMEDIATE FOOTBALL
Our intermediate footballers began their 2015 campaign on Sunday when travelling to Timahoe for a Division 3 league tie and coming away with a 1-12 to 2-5 win.
A very experimental Courtwood team led 1-5 to 1-3 at half time and, having conceded an early second half goal, pushed on to win by four points.

UNDER 16 FOOTBALL
Great start to the Under 16 Football League for our lads; Stradbally Parish Gaels 2-9 St Paul's The Rock 10-18. Well done lads!

WEEKEND AWAY 2015
Places are fast being booked for this year's trip so don't miss out.
This year's destination is Sligo town and accommodation will be in the 4* Glasshouse Hotel in the heart of the town. Tour coach will leave Ballybrittas at 10.30 a.m. sharp on Friday 8th May.
The package includes two nights B&B, a four course evening meal from the a la carte menu in the hotel's restaurant plus three days coach hire. Also included in the trip will be a daytrip on the Saturday.
The total cost of this package is €175.
The trip is limited to 50 persons and names are still being taken.
