In his annual report for the Laois convention, Secretary Niall Handy has blasted two clubs for questioning the constitution of the SFC.

Handy directs his comments at Arles-Kilcruise and St Joseph's following the clubs asking had the championship being constituted properly.

The result from this was that the 2014 SFC had to be scrapped and restarted with no relegation this year.

Handy does accept responsibility for the mistake that was made, but stressed that the clubs 'selfish and unsporting stance' was questionable.
