Team news: Begley back in as Laois opt for eight changes

Colm Begley and Donie Kingston will make their first Allianz League starts of 2019 after Laois boss John Sugrue revealed his starting 15 for his side’s Division 3 clash Sligo on Sunday.

Begley and Kingston are two of eight changes for the O’Moore men from last weekend’s surprise loss to Louth with debutant Mark Barry (O’Dempsey’s), Marty Scully, Kevin Meaney, Paul Cahillane, Danny O’Reilly and sharpshooter Evan O’Carroll also coming in.  

Cahillane is set for his first start in three years when the Yeats men visit Portlaoise, while Meaney gets his first run out in a Laois jersey in two years.

Throw-in at O’Moore Park is at 2pm.
