Laois SHC: Defending champions through to semi-finals

Despite suffering a surprise defeat in their opening Laois SHC clash, defending champions Camross are straight through to the semi-finals.
A first round defeat to Castletown Gaels had Camross on the back foot, but they responded brilliantly with wins over Rathdowney-Errill and Clough-Ballacolla who both reach the quarterfinals.
A brilliant win for Ballinakill over Borris-in-Ossory/Kilcotton sees them into the last four also.
The quarterfinal draw is: Rathdowney-Errill v. St Lazarian's Abbeyleix; Clough-Ballacolla v. Borris-in-Ossory/Kilcotton.
Through to the semi-finals are Camross and Ballinakill, while the relegation play off sees Ballyfin Gaels take on Castletown Gaels.
