Team news: Laois unchanged

June 08, 2018

Willie Dunphy (Laois) gets in his pass as Meath's Shane Brennan and Joey Keena close in at Pairc Tailteann.

Laois boss Eamonn Kelly has named an unchanged team to face Meath in the Joe McDonagh Cup despite his side's 10-point defeat to neighbours Carlow last weekend.

The O'Moore County will travel to Navan tomorrow for a bottom-of-the-table clash against the Royals with the loser set to be relegated to the third tier of the All-Ireland championship for 2019.

Laois (Joe McDonagh Cup v Meath): Enda Rowland; Joe Phelan, Leigh Bergin, Podge Lawlor; Colm Stapleton, Matthew Whelan, Ryan Mullaney; Patrick Purcell, James Ryan; Ciaran Comerford, Ben Conroy, Willie Dunphy; Stephen Maher, Neil Foyle, Cian Taylor.
