Kilkenny hurler Paul Murphy doesn't seem to suffer from the same jet-lag symptoms that affect the rest of us.
On Saturday last, a mere five hours after stepping off a transatlantic flight, the Black & Amber defender inspired Danefort to victory in the Kilkenny junior football final.
The All Star hurler demonstrated that he's also a dab hand at the big ball game as he contributed seven points to his club's 1-14 to 1-4 victory over Young Irelands at bitter cold Thomastown.
Earlier that same day, Murphy was in Miami, with the county hurlers, who were enjoying a team holiday.
"I didn't have time to feel the jet lag. Maybe that'll strike me later," he quipped afterwards.
