Sliotar with an inbuilt tracker on display at BT Young Scientist Exhibition

A great idea.
Fed up spending hours in ditches and long grass looking for lost sliotars? Well some secondary students from Kerry may have come up with the answer to your problems.
The students from Causeway Comprehensive in Kerry have come up with a sliotar which has a tracking device built into it.
You can see the a report on the Technosliotar 2m33s into the video.
The device lets you track the whereabouts of the sliotar with an app on your phone.
The Kerry students are displaying their idea at the BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition which is currently running at the RDS.
It sounds like a winner to us.
