The dates have been confirmed for the latter stages of the Kilkenny senior club hurling competition.

Not surprisingly, there will be no action until after Kilkenny lock horns with Tipperary in the 2014 All-Ireland SHC final on Sunday, September 7th.

Once that little matter is out of the way, the clubs will go back at it a fortnight later with the league and shield finals taking place as well as round one of the SHC over the weekend of September 20/21.

O'Loughlin Gaels will face Rower-Inistioge in the league final, while Ballyhale Shamrocks and Dicksboro will privide opposition to one another in the league decider. The first-round games are Carrickshock V Erin's Own and James Stephens V Clara.

The SHC quarter-finals will take place the following weekend and there will then be a two-week gap before the semi-finals are played on the weekend of October 11/12. Another two-week break will ensue before the county final on Sunday, October 26th.
