Brian Cody says the strength of his Kilkenny panel is all-important.

As the Cats prepare to continue their league title defence with a semi-final clash with Galway on Easter Sunday, manager Cody stresses that their campaign so far has been a success in terms of nurturing the squad:

"The most important thing is the panel," he comments in The Kilkenny People. "There is strength in depth in the panel.

"A lot of players have been used. There are a lot of good things happening. The plan you hope for is that the players will have you thinking.

"We have plenty to think about now as we prepare for what will be a tough semi-final against Galway." Tweet
