Kilkenny have received a massive boost going into this weekend's Leinster SHC round 5 clash against Wexford, with the return of two-time All-Star goalkeeper Eoin Murphy to their starting 15.

A broken tibia suffered while on club duty in April forced Murphy to miss the Cats' first three championship outings but the Glenmore clubman has worked his way back to full fitness in time for the trip to Innovate Wexford Park tomorrow (throw-in 7pm).

In further good news for Brian Cody's men, Walter Walsh returns to the 26-man match-day squad, having missed the narrow 3-20 to 2-22 loss to Galway through injury.

Kilkenny (Leinster SHC v Wexford): Eoin Murphy; Paul Murphy, Huw Lawlor, Tommy Walsh; Conor Fogarty, Padraig Walsh, Paddy Deegan; Alan Murphy, Richie Leahy; Adrian Mullen, Billy Ryan, TJ Reid; Bill Sheehan, Colin Fennelly, Ger Aylward.

Subs: Darren Brennan, Joey Holden, Enda Morrissey, Jason Cleere, Conor Browne, Cillian Buckley, Richie Hogan, John Donnelly, Liam Blanchfield, James Maher, Walter Walsh.
