Brennan ratified as Laois hurling manager

Eddie Brennan has officially been confirmed as the new Laois senior hurling manager.
The former Kilkenny All-Ireland winner and county U21 manager was proposed for the role at the start of August after Eamonn Kelly stood down from the position.
He was ratified at a county committee meeting tonight with Tommy Fitzgerald and Fran Dowling confirmed as selectors.
John Sugrue was also confirmed as senior football manager for 2019 having enjoyed a fruitful 2018 which included a FL Division 4 title and a run to the Leinster SFC final.
