Kilkenny goalkeeper Eoin Murphy has stressed that they have no fear of heading to Parnell Park for Sunday's Leinster SHC opener against Dublin.

There is a sense of thought that this could be a potential banana skin for the Cats even though they go into the game in a rich vein of form following their NHL success.

Nonetheless, Murphy admitted to the Kilkenny People that it will be a tough game regardless, but added it is one that the Cats are looking forward to.

"You cannot be afraid of any challenge," stated Murphy. "You have to meet everything head on. Parnell Park is a tough place to go. The first game is massive in terms of building momentum for Leinster, so the challenge won't be easy."

Dublin have their Cuala contingent back in the fold and this will strengthen them up, but Kilkenny should still have too much in the tank for them.
