Kildare manager Cian O'Neill has admitted that they have done 'a huge amount of work' on Armagh ahead of Saturday's All-Ireland SFC qualifier.

The sides battle it out for a place in the All-Ireland quarterfinals and a meeting with Tyrone and O'Neill is wary of the threat posed by the Orchard County.

Kildare are slight favourites going into the match, but O'Neill is leaving nothing to chance in their preparations for the clash at Croke Park.

"We have done a huge amount of work on Armagh at this stage; spent a lot of time on them and have fully analysed all of their games; so a lot of work done," O'Neill told the Leinster Leader.

"We know how they have grown; how they have progressed and how they have tweaked their game as against Tipperary the last day; from the earlier stage of the championship and the league, we have a lot of work done on that aspect; we will be ready for them."
