"Our seniors got their year off to a winning start on Saturday when they beat Rathangan in The Keogh Cup. The final score was Ballymore 1-13 Rathangan 1-07. Their next match takes place this Saturday against Castledermot in Ballymore at 2.30pm.

Well done to our minors who beat Suncroft in their first Minor Football League match of the year on Sunday. It was a great performance despite awful conditions and they won on a scoreline of Ballymore 3-06 Suncroft 1-05. The next MFL match is on Sunday 1st March away to Monasterevan at 11.45am.

There was no winner of the latest lotto draw which took place on Sunday 22nd February.

The numbers drawn were: 1, 7, 9 and 13. The €20 winners were: M Breslin, Ann Holland, Joseph Dooley, Bridget Nolan and Alex Bell. The jackpot is now €4,000. The next draw will take place on Sunday 8th March in Paddy Murphys at 9pm.

Well done to the U14s who beat Eadestown on Sunday in the Féile competition. The final score was Ballymore 3-06 Eadestown 1-06.

For anyone who still hasn't paid their membership for 2015, it can be paid this Saturday in the pitch from 2pm to 4pm. Thanks to all who have paid so far. Your continued support is greatly appreciated.

Membership fees are as follows: Adult player €80, student player €50, Juvenile player €25. Adult social €35, Couple social €60, OAP €25, Student social €25. Family 2 adults and all kids U18 - €100.
