Well done to the senior footballers who qualified for the league final courtesy of their comprehensive 0-16 to 1-07 win over Sarsfields on Sunday, they play Athy, whom they will meet in the final, on this Sunday @6pm in Athy. Well done to the Celbridge lads who were part of the Kildare team that narrowly defeated Clare 0-13 to 0-12 in Ennis last Saturday. Well done also to the Celbridge ladies who played with Kildare camog's in their 7-08 to 0-12 victory over Galway on Sunday. The Intermediate hurlers are in championship action at home on Thursday evening when they play Sarsfields @7.30pm. The senior B footballers were beaten 3-12 to 2-08 by St. Laurences on Monday in their first championship game, they play Naas in Clane @7.30pm next Monday. The 3rd team had a facile 2-17 to 2-07 victory over Ballymore/Eustace last night, they play Confey in Leixlip next Tuesday @7.30pm. The senior camogie team are away to Johnstownbridge next Monday evening @7.30pm.
