Former Kerry star Paul Galvin is said to be considering a move to Kilmacud Crokes, according to sources within Dublin club.

It is understood that the former 'Footballer of the Year' will switch to the Stillorgan giants to play hurling exclusively.

Galvin has won three Kerry senior hurling titles with Lixnaw, with the club's last success coming in 2014.

During his football career with the Kingdom, Galvin enjoyed four All-Ireland SFC triumphs and also won eight Munster crowns.
