Nemo Rangers (Cork) 0-14

Killarney Legion (Kerry) 0-8

Nemo Rangers will meet Clonmel Commercials in the Munster club football final in a fortnight's time after seeing off Kerry representatives Legion at Páirc Uí Rinn.

The Cork champions will be strong favourites to land their 16th provincial title following a commanding performance against a Legion side who must regroup quickly for next weekend's Kerry SFC final replay against South Kerry. Luke Connolly, Barry O'Driscoll and captain Paul Kerrigan scored 0-10 between them for the Steven O'Brien-managed outfit, who coped better with the difficult conditions.

Nemo laid the foundations for their victory in the opening half when they built up a 0-7 to 0-2 interval lead. Connolly, Kerrigan and O'Driscoll all raised white flags for the city side, with Tom Moriarty replying with Legion's only scores of the half.

A James O'Donoghue free at the start of the second half raised hopes of a Legion comeback, but the Killarney men couldn't find a way back as Nemo pulled away with further scores from free-taker O'Driscoll, Kevin Fulignati and sub Shane Martin.

Legion's best chance of a goal fell to sub Donal Lyne, but he had to settle for a point after his effort was brilliantly tipped over by goalkeeper Micheál Martin.
