St Mary's Cahirciveen are into the Munster club intermediate football championship final after having 32 points to spare against Clare champions Corofin earlier today.

Maurice Fitzgerald's side took in an unassailable 2-13 to 0-0 lead at half-time before adding another 2-8 to their tally in the second-half, with their opponents grabbing their only score via a free in the last minute of the game.

Niall O'Driscoll, Daniel Daly, Conor O'Shea and Paul O'Donoghue grabbed the goals for the men from the Kingdom, while five-time All-Ireland winner Bryan Sheehan was also amongst the hosts' scorers.

The Kerry champions will now prepare to face either Carrigaline (Cork) or Oola (Limerick), whom play tomorrow at Kilmallock (2.00pm), in the provinicial final at the end of the month.
