Kieran Donaghy enjoyed a very happy birthday in Killarney today.
'Star' celebrated his 32nd birthday by skippering the All-Ireland champions to a 0-15 to 1-10 victory over Dublin to register their second win of the Allianz League Division 1 campaign.
The full forward was the only Kerry starting forward not to score, but that won't make the win any less sweeter. Incidentally, Donaghy - who was making his seasonal bow for the Kingdom - made his senior debut in the same fixture 10 years ago, which was also the last time they beat Dublin in the league on home soil.
