Brick wary of Roscommon threat

August 15, 2014
Kerry minor manager Ian Brick knows that Roscommon will provide his charges with a stern test in Saturday's All-Ireland MHC semi final at Nenagh.

The Kingdom are favourites to advance to the final, but Brick knows that they would be foolish to take their opponents for granted and he told the Kerryman that the Connacht side have impressed in the campaign so far.

"To score 2-25 against any opposition they're going to be a fine side. Hurling has improved there in the last few years, we would have played them at various levels down through the years and got nothing easy so we're not going to take anything for granted," said Brick.

"To be fair we would have picked Roscommon out of the three teams left, but saying that we're going to take nothing for granted, we're going to focus completely on our own game again."
