Kerry minor footballers will be heading to an All-Ireland quarterfinal at Croke Park in a confident mood, according to their captain Liam Kearney.
The Kingdom defeated Cork in their own backyard in last Sunday's provincial decider in what was the first part of a successful double header as the seniors also defeated the Rebels.
Kearney told the Kerryman that the win will be a huge boost for the confidence as they prepare for the last eight clash at GAA headquarters.
"Kerry teams find it very hard to win in Pairc Ui Chaoimh so that gives us great confidence heading up to a place like Croke Park," said Kearney.
"The Pobalscoil lads and the fellas who were involved last year know what to expect from Croke Park so we should have good experience heading up there."
