Kerry manager Peter Keane is adamant that the league is not all about winning games.

The Kingdom have full points from their two outings so far as they welcome All-Ireland champions Dublin to Austin Stack Park on Saturday evening.

Keane has stressed on a number of occasions that the league is all about getting to know the players.

“I said this last week in Killarney as well, winning and losing, it’s always better to win of course, but winning or losing wasn’t going to be the priority,” Keane states in the Kerryman.

“The thing is to try and find some scratch of a team. Even last week we were on the road, travelled up and it’s just getting used to each other and getting a handle on each other.

“Likewise, the players are getting a handle on us as a management and seeing where we’re at.”
