Sharpshooter Stephen Maher returns to the team at full-forward in place of the injured Neil Foyle while Ryan Mullaney replaces James Ryan in the O'Moore men's defence.
Cian Taylor and Paddy Purcell partner each other at centre-field while Willie Dunphy moves out to left half-forward and PJ Scully is named in the top left corner of the attack.
Throw-in at Austin Stack Park is at 3pm.
