Meath's David Gough will be the man in the middle for Saturday's All-Ireland SFC semi-final replay between Kerry and Mayo.
The Slane clubman also took charge of last year's semi-final between Dublin and Kerry as well as All-Ireland U21 and minor finals in 2013 and '15 respectively. Laois man Maurice Deegan was widely praised for his handling of yesterday's drawn encounter in difficult conditions.
There was some confusion surrounding the identity of the referee for the replay this afternoon when the GAA tweeted that David Coldrick - who is due to take charge of the second All-Ireland SFC semi-final between Dublin and Tyrone on Sunday - had been appointed after an earlier tweet had stated that Gough would handle the tie.
TweetCONFIRMED David Gough from @MeathGAA IS DEFINITELY the referee for the All-Ireland Semi-Final replay next Saturday. #mayogaa #gaa
