Michael Doyle goaled from a '65' with the last puck of the game to give Glynn a remarkable 1-17 to 0-19 victory.
Elsewhere, Ferns got the better of Rathnure (1-25 to 2-17) while Shelmaliers finished with five points to spare over Rapparees (0-22 to 0-17).
St Anne's had earlier knocked Buffers Alley out of the running on a scoreline of 2-14 to 0-14.
