In a novel event, Roscommon are on the look out for the fastest club player from within their county.

Club Rossie will host a series of 100m sprints as part of its Hodson Bay Hotel Group sponsored Evening at the Races on Tuesday next August 5th in order to find the fastest Club Footballer (Ladies and Mens), Hurler and Camogie player in the county.

Prizes for the winner in each code include a €100 voucher, a Club Rossie Goodie Bag and One Years Free Entry to Rockfords Nightclub.

All Clubs are encouraged to host a preliminary competition to select their representative and each winner's name must be submitted to 086 839 9584 or emailed to [email protected] by 6pm on Monday. Tweet
