Kerry minor scoring machine David Clifford is looking forward to a 'massive three weeks' ahead of their All-Ireland final date with Galway.

The number 13 clocked up eight points against Kildare into today's comfortable semi-final victory and, afterwards, he told TG4's 'GAA Beo': "In the first-half we didn't play bad but I suppose we kind of struggled to pull away from them.

"We knew in the second-half that the first 10 minutes were very important.

"Dara Moynihan stepped up to the plate, he had an absolutely storming first 10 minutes so that kind of lit it for us then we were coasting then for the rest of the half.

"We were delighted with it."

Galway now stand between Kerry and a third consecutive Tom Markham Cup success.

"It's going to be a massive three weeks now. Hopefully the seniors will do it as well it will add to the build-up in Kerry.

"We're going to enjoy it."
