Galway minor footballers are now focused on their Connacht MFC opener against Mayo.

The young tribesmen played their last competitive game before the championship as they draw with Leitrim in the Connacht league.

The management team know that they have plenty to work on before the clash with Mayo at MacHale Park on July 4th.

Keeping the momentum going during the in the lead up and during the exams will be a tough ask for the management team.

However, they are an experienced bunch and are sure to have the squad in perfect shape for the clash against their oldest rivals.
