On Monday evening ten members of the Galway hurlers took part in a 36k Charity Cycle for local charity Jigsaw.
The players did a stationary cycle from various locations, including their local gym or clubs. You can follow their progress on facebook and twitter with the hashtag #Tribes36kchallenge.
The fundraiser is all about raising the awareness of the services Jigsaw provides for young people all around Galway City and County.
The players takig part include: David Collins (Liam Mellows), Andrew Smith (Portumna), John Hanbury (Rahoon-Newcastle), Barry Daly (Clarinbridge), Shane Kavanagh (Kinvara), Colm Callanan (Kinvara), Joe Canning (Portumna), Aidan Harte (Gort), Cathal Mannion (Ahascragh), Cyril Donnellan (Pearses).
