Galway manager Anthony Cunningham believes that the management team needs to find that 'extra percent' to go on and win big games.
Cunningham was ratified into the position for another two-year term and straight away the former All-Ireland winner set the target of getting more out of the players.
The Tribesmen have been knocking on the door when it comes to success for some time now and Cunningham stressed to the Connacht Tribune that the time to deliver had come.
"We just need to get that percentage or two to go on and win those games," said Cunningham. "That has to be the aim for 2015. We have had massive battles with both Kilkenny and Tipperary this year and even the second day against Kilkenny, while a lot of pundits will say they won well, I wouldn't agree with that.
"We were very close. We had more chances that they had in the second half and bar the last five minutes, the game was definitely there for us."
