Garret Foley returns from suspension to start at right corner back in the Wexford team for tomorrow's All-Ireland U21HC semi-final meeting with Galway.

The Fethard club man missed the Leinster final win against Dublin after he received a straight red card for an off the ball incident in the first half of the semi-final victory over Offaly.

Declan Byrne, who was a direct replacement for Foley last time out, drops to the bench.
