Milltown and St James' have joined Corofin and Mountbellew/Moylough in the Galway SFC quarter-finals.

Goals from Cathal Blake, Michael Martin and Mark Hehir saw Milltown made it three wins from as many games in Group 4, beating a fancied Moycullen side by 3-13 to 1-9 in Athenry on Saturday.

St James' also maintained their 100% winning start to the championship by overcoming An Cheathru Rua, 2-18 to 2-13, in Salthill, despite the absence of injured county duo Paul Conroy and Johnny Duane.

The city outfit will now face holders Corofin, who received a bye at the weekend, in the final round with the winners securing the top spot of Group 1.
