It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Ulster Secretary Danny Murphy.
Danny who had a long and distinguished association with the GAA passed away today.
Danny, a true County Down man was a genius on all maters GAA.
May God rest his soul.

Very sad news, I wasn't aware that he was unwell until I heard of his passing today, gave long service to the GAA in various positions and thoughts are naturally with his family at this sad time, may he rest in peace.
