I'm sure it happens in most counties that the starting 15 play central 'spine' positions for their clubs, indeed quite a few goalkeepers are outfield players. Maybe some marquee corner forwards also do likewise for their clubs. Are most teams made up from 2 full backs, 3 centre backs, 4 midfielders, 3 centre forwards, 2 full forwards and a 15? A lot of midfielders on the Dublin side which is to be expected, as clubs tend to play their best players(except scoring forwards) in the middle third. The forwards seem to be quite close to an orthodox six, maybe this is partly why they are such an effective unit?
